Shipping Policies

Here's how it works:

  • You place an order.
  • We’ll ship it within 3-5 business days (M-F) and up to 5-8 business days during the holiday season. Our shipping time frame begins the day after your order is placed. It will go via FedEx or UPS Ground. Tracking info may vary.  At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping options during the holiday season.
  • Packages ship from Dalton, Georgia. Please consult generally published transit delivery times (see below). Also note, delivery times may change during especially busy periods (holidays, for instance).

Holiday Shipping Notifications:

We will not be shipping orders on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas or New Years Day. We will also be shut down for our annual inventory from 12/28/19 - 1/2/20.

Returns Policy

  • Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a return authorization number and additional instructions before returning any merchandise. Returns without an RA# may be refused or otherwise delayed. Call us toll free at 866-444-0229 Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST
  • Defective merchandise will be tested upon receipt. Valid claims will be processed normally; invalid claims are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped items will not be charged a 25% restocking fee.
